Europassion 2024 - Day 1

Over 100 participants from 12 countries were greeted in Csíkszereda, Rumania by the hosts of the Europassion 2024 congress, the Csíksomlyó passion group. The guests were presented with name tags, a variety of gifts and T-shirts specifically designed for this occasion.

The members of the Europassion board and delegates of all attending groups were then welcomed by mayor Attila Korodi at the town hall of Csíkszereda. He introduced them to the reach culture and fascinating history of the region.

Finally, the congress officially started with the hissing of the flag by the Hungarian path finders of Rumania. The ceremony was accompanied musically by the youth-wind-orchester of Csíkszentsimon/Sânsimion.
