Aquest cap de setmana, Llinars del Vallès acull una nova edició de la seva tradicional Passió, “Veniu a mi”, representada pel grup de teatre Till-Tall. Amb funcions a partir del 21 de març al Teatre Auditori de Llinars, la proposta d’aquest 2026 posa el focus de manera clara en els personatges femenins.

Tot i que les Passions se centren habitualment en els darrers dies de Jesús, la de Llinars fa anys que dona un paper destacat a les dones que formen part d’aquesta història. Enguany, aquesta mirada es fa encara més explícita. L’equip creatiu subratlla que les dones no són només testimonis, sinó figures essencials que aporten una dimensió més humana i relacional al relat.

Segons la directora Reyes Barragán, sovint s’ha parlat del caràcter femení de “Veniu a mi”, però mai no s’havia posat realment en primer pla. Aquesta edició suposa un pas endavant: tant la imatge com el plantejament del projecte volen fer visible aquesta perspectiva.

Aquesta aposta també s’emmarca en un moviment més ampli dins les Passions catalanes per repensar com s’expliquen aquestes històries. Textos com “Aquelles que donen testimoni”, de Sònia Dalla, una peça formada per monòlegs femenins connectats, responen a la voluntat d’incorporar una mirada de gènere a relats tradicionalment centrats en figures masculines.

El resultat és una proposta que convida a redescobrir una història coneguda des d’un altre punt de vista: el de les dones que hi van ser presents, però que sovint han quedat en segon pla.

Les funcions tindran lloc els dies 21, 22, 28 i 29 de març, una oportunitat per veure una reinterpretació que combina tradició i mirada contemporània.

This weekend, the town of Llinars del Vallès hosts a new edition of its long-running Passion play, “Veniu a mi”, staged by the Till-Tall theatre group. With performances starting on March 21 at the Teatre Auditori de Llinars, this year’s production places a clear and deliberate focus on female characters.

While Passion plays traditionally center on the final days of Jesus, the Llinars production has, for years, given particular weight to the women surrounding that story. This 2026 edition brings that aspect to the forefront. The creative team highlights how the women in the narrative are not only witnesses, but essential figures whose presence reveals a more human and relational dimension of the events being portrayed.

According to director Reyes Barragán, the production has often been described as having a strong feminine perspective—but until now, that idea had never been explicitly emphasized. This year marks a shift: both the visual identity of the production and elements surrounding it have been designed to underline that perspective.

Part of this approach draws on a broader movement within Catalan Passion plays to rethink how these stories are told. Texts such as “Aquelles que donen testimoni” by Sònia Dalla—a collection of interconnected monologues written to foreground women’s voices—reflect a growing effort to incorporate gender perspective into traditionally male-centered narratives.

The result is a production that invites audiences to look again at a familiar story, this time through the experiences, emotions, and viewpoints of the women who were present—but often remain in the background.

Performances take place on March 21, 22, 28, and 29, offering a timely opportunity to experience a reinterpretation that is both rooted in tradition and consciously contemporary.
